sounds like the magnuson-moss act says that if superformance offers a warranty, it can only be in connection with the sale of their product to you, the consumer, not the dealer.
I too love reading the the big fine print in the law!!!!...
In the end what's the old saying "the consumer is always right!!"....
It doesn't cost a lot to keep a consumer happy.!!!
