MSO= Manufacturers Certificate of Origin, if you do not have this for your chassis you will need to contact the person you bought the car from to see if he(she) has one. They will need to sign it over to you and furnish you with a notarized "bill of sale". Without either of these documents you do not legally own what is currently sitting in your garage and NJ may or may not give you a tough time about it.
