The Internet brake component supplier finally resolved my 'Wrong' Rotor issue. But took a month and I had to push them every step of the way. They stood firm, did not really care what was sent, just said that they sent what their book said and I was wrong. The attitude towards customer service, in my opinion was dismal. And the boiler plate responses via email showed a total lack of individual care. All the proof was up to me including paying the $26.00 to send them back. The correct rotors rotors did finally arrive. But they stiffed me of the free brake pads and told me it only went with the original sale and refused to refund me the $26.00 to return the wrong rotors.

Finally I lost it. Called them and told them that I would simply report my story on an internet forum and allow the readers to hear my story. Within minutes I got a phone call back. My return shipping was refunded and they then mistakenly sent me two sets of free pads shipped a few days apart.

I guess all's wells that ends well.

Now on the opposite end of the spectrum, I went to Terry's Jaguar from a link posted above to purchase a caliper repair kit. Like night & day and it restores ones faith in customer service. I was spending a meager $25.00 The care & followup by Jake was outstanding. Jake, I apologize for using your name but Thank you so much and I hope this little pitch brings you more business.
