Cause it's a V-10. Not nearly as noisy as a V-8. I've built & shipped numerous sets of Cobrapack Mufflers to AU. & NZ. & no complaints at all from the guys down under. Superior flow & excellent noise control. The stainless pot scrubber idea is excellent, except steel wool type materials are not good at absorbing much noise. I use a special fiberglass mat wich really absorbs sound very well & does not break down. I've never had complaints from these getting louder in 3+ years of building the Cobrapacks.
