On the road, that 302 would "DUST" the Cuda. Only in the 1/4 was the Cuda impressive [and then it was QUITE impressive]. But cornering, braking, mid-range response, feel, all were way in the Z's favor. But I did get to show off the Cuda a lot more in gas stations!!! Remember the fuel crisis. I had to leave the Cuda at a gas station many blocks from home EVERY night and walk home just so the car could get filled up EACH night in violation of the odd/even gas fill rules.
