Of the newgen, the Shelby GT and the GT-H (and maybe the KR) were the ONLY cars done like 1965...where Ford "OEM'd" the bare cars to Shelby American...they completed them, then shipped them to dealers for sale to customer.

Today, they call it a "ship-through" process.

The newgen GT350, being "post-title," means the dealer sells a new Mustang GT to a customer, who takes title...then ships the car to Shelby for conversion.
