Default Trans angle in relation to diff?

I just installed my 351W stroker motor and TKO 600 in my Superformance roller. Th rear of the trans is sitting a bit low in relationship to the rear diff but I understand I can make some adjustments with spacers to raise the rear of the trans a bit on the trans mount which should bring it a bit closer but not directly in line with the diff flange. My understanding is that this is typical for Superformance and you don't want perfect alignment to begin with.

I also noticed that the trans tail shaft is slightly to the side (approximately 1/2" to 3/4" if you were to draw a straight line form the tail shaft the the center of the diff and measured variance form the straight line) and is not in direct alignment with the rear diff flange. So besides the trans sitting a little low it also is sitting slightly sideways as well.

Should I be concerned with the sideways offset or will the drive shaft simply deal with it?

It sure seems like I see a lot of jacked up 4X4 trucks running around with a whole lot more steeper drive shaft angles then I'm talking about here but just the same...
