Original road racing carb would of course be a Holley with center pivot float, which I'm considering. Intake, in my case, has to be a high riser to match the heads. Now thats where it get's tricky, I've seen some heads that claim to be a high riser, but in fact they are using a different definition of the word(s) and the ports don't match the "real" high riser heads.
Looks like $500 to $700 for a GOOD carb, ball park. Blykins, what kind of price range you talking about?
