What I have done is fabricate a 90 elbow with a slit in the side of it to allow it to clamp onto the side pipe exit, then run about 10' of a fabric "dryer type expandable hose" with a super trap type muffler on the end of each one. I run these under the garage door through a piece of ovalized tubing to keep the door opening to a minimum. Garage door is open about 1 1/2", fumes are out of garage and neighbors dont get too upset, although at first they can't figure out where the noise is coming from. Works for me!
