I used a product from Sellys called Sikaflex (not sure if you can buy it in USA) - works a treat. Is viscous enough when wet to hold them in place till it dries. Pretty easy to take them off later on if you need to and just scrape the inside residue off with a blade. Saves drilling and riveting in a confined space.
