My current carb issues aren't directly related to low vacuum. But low vacuum tends to make more complex the delicate balance between idle position screws and transition slots etc. I've managed to get this damn Holley 3255 "project" running quite well on this engine thank you very much, 30 hours and several hundred dollars later I might add. If my day job goes to hell, I am opening a carb shop.
