Trailered it from Park Place Ltd yesterday. I'm glad we made that choice 150+ miles would have been nerve wracking for a first time out. Also the Seattle - Tacoma traffic was a B****..
We arrived around 6:00 the sky parted long enough for a 20 miles drive - WOW.. What a blast the car drives, rides and handles great... The 427R has plenty of power and will spin the tires in the first 3 gears.
The car set as a roller for almost 2+ years. They installed the engine in November of '09. I think they held the prices to high on their web site.
After much research and re-sale values on used Cobra's I decided I wanted a Superformance with Roush 427R TKO 600 and 17"wheels. I made Park place an offer they countered I had them install bumpers for that price and the deal was done.. I couldn't be happier...
Now if the weather would allow this little Cobra some road time...
