To answer your first question, yes... the fluid reservoir is full.
I was reading on some 4x4 forum where a guy had the same screeching master cylinder and he seemed to think that there was still air in the system. Can air in the master cylinder make screeching sounds if you jump on the brakes real hard. If I press the pedal normally there is no screech.
Help!!! Brake experts needed!!!
