I got one of those slave cylinders from Brent at B2. You mention a hydraulic throwout bearing. If you have one of those you don't need a fork. They are a very compact little internal unit with no frame clearance issues. If you use an external slave cylinder a stock clutch fork has clearance issues on the frame. They can be cut off on the end for clearance, have a new end put on the fork with a heim or replace the fork with something like Fortes.
