Customer support/service should be #1 with every business.
I had a 30 second conversation with a cam company yesterday. We got in a fast argument about the brands I was looking into, to see what he had to offer. Told him he was an ass, and If he can't handle talking about comparisons, I told him to get the hell out of the business. I won't recommend the company to anyone.
