Thanks guys. THe driver side is fine, no drag. Passenger side is dragging pretty bad. Put it up on jack and difficult to spin wheel. Disconnected parking brake, still have an issue.

THe bottom caliper bolt was a ***** to thread, even though it started fine. I'm wondering if the thread went in at an angle and is causing inside pad to bind.
