Having spend a couple of weeks on this, researching, talking to people, ordering and receiving samples, here is where I ended up. For vintage decals, Finish Line Accessories seems to be the best choice. Anyone else will simply have to recreate what Finish Line already has in stock. For the meatballs or rondelles, I ended up with Mike and Rita Squier at Squier Design,
http://squierdesign.com/. Finish Line offers meatballs, but only in one size, white meatball, black number, one font, only choice is what number. Raceline Digital offers five Cobra packages, but within a given package, everything is set, as best I can tell with no choice even as to number. With Squier Design, you choose meatball size, color, what number, number font and color, trim ring or not, adhesive or static cling. Mike and Rita can also create an adhesive or static cling decal from any image you provide or that can be found on the net. Mike took my order over the phone on a holiday (Monday, July 5), shipped the next day.
