The ICV checklist would just be a NA on the emissions section and see attached electric motor drive NCOP 14.
Without a fuel tank and and plenty of room up the front (electric motor is fairly small) I believe enough for about a 300km trip.
Electric motor power has the advantage of full torque available all the way through the rpm range.

There are several electric cars buzzing around Perth, even a converted Mustang.
I think I would want to fit a big arse stereo and play a V8 soundtrack though.
