Default Day 7

Today we removed the tranny and discovered that the engine plate was not the culprit after all. Turned out the studs in the pressure plate were rubbing against the clutch arm. So needless to say we had to order another McCloud pressure plate. Joe at Standard Transmission has been a God send. He came right over to access the damage and tell us what we did wrong and right away ordered what we needed so that we would have it first thing tomorrow.

Ok, So today we installed the roll bars & a few small nick knacks like the wind wings. All that is left tomorrow aside from the clutch fix is installing a rear view mirror & trunk latch bar.

We should have John driving around lunch considering the pressure plate shows up on schedule.
If it weren’t for challenges, wouldn’t life be boring?
