Just what are you going to change on the car? Out here they won't allow any changes and are now even checking the chips in the computers to see if they have been changed. I don't know how the special builder cars get by, but they seem to accept them. They are even having people around here with diesel pickups take them in to a smog place and have them checked now, but all they can really do is look to see if the chip has been changed as they have no emission equipment and no rules for tail pipe emissions for them. But they get that money just the same.
