Always have a number in the back of your head about a sales price as Indy Cobra suggested a couple of posts back. This number should be one that you would be willing to hand the keys over on the spot if cash was placed on your hood and feel good about the sale.
If you are never asked for this sales price so what but what if you are asked? Over the years I have sold a couple of things this way. Still almost giggle over the deals, neither was a Cobra but 2 great deals and they were just as happy. Why not?
