You know that brand new 3 Bedroom house on 3.97 acres behind us? The one that borders up next to a Michigan State Forest? (Didn't I tell you your to be neighbors are about 20 miles away to the South? NO?, well they are!)
I'd be glad to be your "Local" agent and I don't charge 7%! What more could you ask for, a 40x42' shop you could use practically any time, a new home, a price better than a summer / second home, tax breaks galore, two miles from Lake Michigan, and the beautiful North woods . Maybe I should have been a Real Estate Agent.
