brad penn is the refinery that used to process and package the complete kendall line, the kendall name was sold off to conoco-phillips. the old kendall GT-1 is the formula now being marketed as Brad Penn high performance oil. in the 1970's and 1980's if you asked around the dragstrips you would have found that there was a large number of racers that would only use the GT-1 in their engines. and for good reason......
