Might be something else that happened about the same time you put the PCV in, I wouldn't rule that out. IF the PCV is causing
oil consumption at a detectable level then I would think the hose to the carb would be pretty wet, if not dripping, with
oil.
My PCV hose is dry as a bone. I like them, I want one, perhaps like Tom says, you just need to figure out the variables to get it to work properly.
