The only thing that comes from the factory is the wiring for an electric fuel pump back by the rear axle and an aluminum fuel line up to the engine compartment. Your engine installer, if not you, would have to add the fuel pump ie; electric if thats what you want or a manual pump on the engine itself. 392 Windsor shouldn't need much as nice Holley black electric pump would work probably even the cheaper Holley blue would. If you start getting into higher HP motors then higher volume pump is needed and most put a bigger fuel line also.
