That is a huge amount to be off, it is hard to believe that the Kirkhams would send a car like that even if they just use build fixtures and don't align the cars from their facility. Is there any possibility that someone else did any work on the rear of the car and may have changed settings?
I hope your alignment guy knows that you set toe using both the inboard rear lower suspension pivot and the forward link. If he just used the forward link your rear caster would be effected and your bump steer could be adversely effected. I am assuming you have the original CSX style rear suspension design if you have an adjustable lower rear arm disregard this message.
