AARRRGG. I looked closer at the area of the pulley. Its housed in a Bubble that is bolted to the top of the footbox. This is under the fender behind the brake master cylinder. There is no room to get to the outward bolds on the backside of the fiberglass bubble, I can't even see them. A quadrant looks like it would not fit in the bubble, plus the axis of the pulley would have to be changed and therefore the bubble would not reattach to the footbox. I have not really thought about this but from my first look I'm a little frustrated at the layout.
