I got mine at Full Throttle also but mine are packed. Don't know which way the louvers are pointed but can't imagine anybody wanting them louder! I just wanted something that breathed better and the sound was a plus. I normally cruise at 2600 and when I up it(to get away from idiots)to 2800 or 3000 it really sounds good!
