Granada hubs will do I think. Or if you want to spend $$$$$ go with a complete after market front end. Heidts and Wilwood make some nice stuff. I think I see coil overs already added on your ride.

My best advice is to use the search feature here. This board and members have loads (years) of info. Plus don't pull the trigger to quick in buying single parts. You may end up replacing something you replaced once already. Just absorb as much as you can before making any moves.
