Default Rick

I haven't talked to Red about the clutch but I think I'll stick with what I've got because its primarily a street car. Also I'm not too unhappy with the "leave". My buddy is a "chassis" guy who thinks we can get the 60' times down to 1.40 (1.55 now).

You have KEEN eyes on the blue bottle Rick. My son's Big BLock 66 Corvette is due for an "injection". I raced him with my Grand National and dusted him pretty bad so he's taking the "easy" way out and going to use the bottle.

Funny you mentioned it. I was talking to Rich Anderson (Shell Valley) yesterday and we were discussing whether the Buick would be more impressive with or without the bottle. I figure the motor ran as a 3 liter at Indy at 900HP and lived. So mine is a little under 500 and should be able to handle at least a 250 shot. But it would only be in 3 and 4 gear. Certainly would improve the MPH. Rich thought and I agreed that its smarter to just keep it on the Motor with no Nitrous. Mid to Low 10's without the juice seems more impressive than 9's with it. Besides I've run 9.30's at 150 with my old Turbo Kawasaki so I know what it feels like. Actually, landing in Bombay at midnight is a helluva lot scarier.
Thats 200 MPH, black as coal and you are always wondering about the "Sacred Cow" walking across the runway

Regards,
