Default Brake booster?

I bought a FFR about 4 months ago. I love it!

However the brakes are something to be desired. I already have the 11-inch rotors on. While it does stop, it doesn't stop how I would like it. From what I understand putting the brake booster would make a difference. It appears that the booster would not fit and some fabrication or cutting would have to be done.

Before I explore this idea I want to check on possibly getting a smaller booster persay. The car weighs under 2,000 lbs so I assume the booster on a Mustang would be GREAT but is it needed for such a light car? Could I get away with a smaller booster that would fit snug? From a smaller car.

I am just checking my options before I start dealing serious dough into the brake system. What I don't understand is why didn't the engineers at FFR just make it possible to fit one. I'm not an engineer but this seems like a simple solution to the brake issue. I am tired of taking forever to stop, Just the other day I had to hit the brakes hard and I realized that I wasn't going to stop behind the crosswalk and towards the end I hit the brakes harder and the wheels just locked up. Either they lock up or don't stop the car in time. No in-between. Well I also found out about another problem, upon hard braking the upper control arms can be pulled out. I went to accelerate and I almost found myself into the middle cement island.

While l am frustrated I know this problem can be rectified. I still love my FFR! The doors is a whole other issue! I will just have to wait when it is time to repaint then order the new ones.
