It is accepted as normal, all hydraulics bleed down.

But the lifter will be noisy at next start up, it all depends on the quality of the oil system as to how quick they "fill up" again.

Technically all lifters should pass a "bleed down test" with a special test fluid.

Lifters with high end of clearance tolerance have fast bleed down rates.

There are "fast bleed lifters" like Crane High Intensity and Rhoads.
