Default Emissions waiver
I'm at my wits end with the Georgia DMV and Georgia Clean Air force. It took me over a year to get the title issued, and now that I have this in hand, to get a license plate they are telling me the car must pass an emissions test....
Any Georgia owners have any suggestions-
