Thanks, Gary...you just made me realize that Joy was replying to my hit list where I mentioned my squeek...HA! I thought she was addressing Bob, the poster above me, who has leaks....it all makes perfect sense now..
Thanks for your thought, though. My car is fully carpeted so I'll have to see what I find under the rugs...I was thinking mine was coming from the dash support rods, same as Joy, but I couldn't sense a change when I braced them with my hand. My "squeek" is most audible when idle vibrations are shaking the car, and when going over highway expansion joints... I'll check the trans panel, though...might be something to that.. I'll be sure to post my solution (confidence is everything
