I got one about 25 years ago. 5 MPH over on a highway in Ca. and I was the slowest car. I was told later that county only writes out of state plates because they know you won't contest the ticket.
Other than that one, clean record.
I got pulled over by the state patrol once but it was only for him to check out my car.
