If speeding kills, then why isn't every Nascar driver or pilot dead?

In the right car on a limited access highway, speed limits are worthless. How about we start ticketing the people that ride in the left lane doing 50mph? Or the people that have no clue what a turn signal is?

This is nothing more than another political "pat-me-on-the-back" law.
