We've got T44 magnesium castings (unmachined) piled up like cordwood... but the economy and the cost of machining has put that project on hold. After all, just how many customers are there who would be willing to pay $30k for a gear box?

PS: ..and yes, a proper dry sump 427 and T44 does represent a certain "value." The .028 aircraft stainless exhaust alone represents a modest investment.
