The main point is just make sure the engine is mechanically sound and have fun. Dynos will vary, sometimes 5-10%....some are stingy, some are happy.
The parts in your engine are very good parts and will yield excellent performance, no matter what the dyno says.
Keep in mind that you can't drive the dyno, so there will be another tuning session once the engine is in the car. If it's got an MSD distributor in it, take note of what timing settings works best for the engine and make sure to recheck it once it's in the car. It's common for MSD boxes to vary from box to box.
That engine will be some good fun in a lightweight car like a Cobra....you'll have a blast with it.
