Hi Warren,

It was brought up in the previous ESC thread about 9 months ago that it would come in Jan 2011. Vic decided to implement it early.

Apparently Vic roads have already granted an exemption to ICVs. That is what one of the manufacturers said on the OzClubby forum (i think it was Arrow).

Worth ringing a Vic engineer to double check though.
