I am ignorant of Shelby history and who makes what, so I came here, still hoping someone has seen the lever on any sort of car. It doesn't seem to be a Ford or GMC lever, but it seems unlikely that it would be particularly unique in a replica.
Take a picture of the steering column where the lever attaches. Also, take a picture of the lever shooting straight down so we have a full profile shot. Next, make sure when you take a picture of the steering column you take both a close up and a full side shot of the column itself so we can see the entire column as it protrudes from the dash.
