Not a big deal, the DMV will recognize the title, pay the fees based on the number writen on the back of title, they register the car to you and send you the new SPCN title back to you in your name. All the crappy stuff was done by the guy that did the original SB100 process.

BTW good advice above look on Cobra Country for other cars that have an SB100 Title and may be an alternative to the car you put into your original post.

There are 350+ 2011 SPCN registrations sitting at the DMV right now if you want to take on the process, it really is not that big a deal.
