Actually, a little snow can be great! You can ski, go tobogganning, have snowball fights, whatever you like.
But in 2007 and 2008, we received way more than a
little snow here in Ottawa. In fact, total accumulation in each year exceeded
12 feet!!!
I took this photo in late March 2008, after the snow has actually begun to melt. You could literally step from the snowbanks onto the lower roof of my house. Incredible.
Fortunately, it's nothing like that this year. (
