Hey T,
You did mention she squeals at start up but does engine temp seem to matter? Does starting after warmed up still make noise? Aluminum engines tend to get a little taller when hot and tighten the belt a little bit.

Changing position of a driven component (alternator maybe) allows more wrap or contact surface area of the belt. A small change of angle on driven side makes a big difference. I would guess the alternator pulley is source of squeak since it has resistance and the smallest belt contact. Drilling small holes in pulley adds a little traction and only adds wear to belt if it is still slipping on pulley. Happy hunting.
