Well, I assume the bet was made with these conditions on both sides, so it is what it is now.
The bad news about these conditions is it will be harder to get a direct comparison because of traction issues. Rather than, driver, car, launch, shifting points, etc. It'll come down to "tire choice" being the primary factor. Shessshhhh, we already know that....
