I would love to go but alas, I am flying back to the midwest today to take my 91 y/o grandmother back home to southern Illinois. The temp next week is a low of 8 and a high a 19 with snow every day in the forecast. What was I thinking volunterring to take her back home. Can't convince her to stay any longer. Went shooting a couple of days ago and shot a 44 magnum for the first time. It didnt habe near the kick that I expected. Had a 6 inch barrel but a lot less kick than my .45 SA.I would assume the longer barrel guns have even less recoil correct?
