I use one large can of Italian crushed tomatos, three cans of dark red beans, 1 1/2 lb. of chopped beef, one whole diced onion and two garlic cloves, added to the entire contents of the pack as per instructions. Mix the packet of Mexican flour in hot water until it's a paste before adding to the chili. Cook two hours & add water until it has the consistency you like. It will be somewhat spicy but not too hot. If you like it real hot, add more cayenne pepper, but be very careful because once it's mixed in, you cannot take it out. Good luck.
