Use the Red (high heat) RTV silicone sealant.... you can get it at any auto supply shop. Just clean both halves, put a bead around, bolt it up and let dry for 24 hour.... you good to go. A good portion will squeeze out.... don't touch it until it dries.... the cut it away.
