They had some good ideas, but they were junk. Bad quality, bad castings, and bad tech support. I knew many people that had other BG products and they ended up selling them or throwing them int he trash.

Leaking gaskets where the pump had to be sent back to the factory for a rebuild because BG wouldn't sell the gasket. Then 6 months later, it leaked again and they wouldn't cover it. Garbage.
