Hey John,

Dennis Olthoff sold me a complete connection kit for the reservoir assembly. It came with the following:

2 - bungs to go into the master cylinder ports
2 - 90 degree elbows (screwed into the bungs and allowed for braided lines to attach)
2 - braided lines with flare fittings to attach to the canisters/elbows.
1 - nipple to fitting to attach the clutch hose to the braided line back behind the power booster
1- braided line to attach to the clutch canister/nipple
1 - quality hose clamp

Were you able to mount it higher than the Brake master cylinder? What did you use to connect the reservoir line to the master cylinder? Any pics of this?

Yes, the canisters are definitely higher than the master cylinder.

Attached is a picture of the master cylinder connections.
