The aluminum Kirkham rear end is standard, but you could probably delete it and save some money by buying a rebuilt Jaguar rear end. The Kirkham rear end saves you about 45 lbs, but that's from memory, so I'm probably wrong.
Do you want black steel or the stainless steel sidepipes?

So far I like the painted black steel pipes, unless they are a pain to keep up (I imagine they might need repainting once in a while? I plan on driving this a good amount) Brushed finished without the stripes.
